锐报 SharpPost 由在美国怀俄明州注册的 SharpPost Ruibao LLC 运营（以下简称“我们”）。本政策说明我们在运营 ruibao.news、发送电子报、提供会员服务及接收新闻线索和读者来信时如何处理个人信息。

SharpPost is operated by SharpPost Ruibao LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us” or “our”). This Policy describes our handling of personal information when operating ruibao.news, delivering newsletters, providing membership services, and receiving news tips and reader correspondence.

网站、托管和安全服务可能处理 IP 地址、请求时间、页面地址、浏览器与设备信息及必要日志，用于网页交付、安全防护和故障排查。Plausible Analytics 用于汇总页面访问、来源及国家或地区等统计，不设置分析 Cookies，也不建立可识别访客的持续追踪画像。网站统计与安全日志属于不同的数据处理环节。

Our website, hosting and security services may process IP addresses, request times, page URLs, browser and device information, and necessary logs to deliver pages, protect the site and diagnose errors. Plausible Analytics provides aggregate statistics such as page views, referrals and country or region without analytics cookies or persistent identifiable visitor profiles. Aggregate analytics and security logs are separate processing activities.

会员与订阅 / Membership and Subscriptions

您订阅电子报、注册会员或选用付费服务时，可能提供邮箱、姓名、会员和订阅状态、账单与交易相关信息。完整银行卡等支付凭据由实际支付服务商处理，我们不直接保存完整卡号。

When you subscribe, register or choose paid services, we may receive your email address, name, membership and subscription status, and billing or transaction information. Full card credentials are handled by the payment provider used for the transaction; we do not directly store full card numbers.

新闻线索与读者来信 / News Tips and Correspondence

发送给编辑部的邮件包含发件人和联系方式、正文、附件，以及邮件和文件可能含有的时间、位置、作者等元数据。材料也可能包含被报道者或其他第三人的个人信息。请只提供核查所必需的资料，隐去无关的身份证号、住址、联系方式等，不要提交您无权披露的第三方材料。

Emails to our newsroom include sender details, contact information, message content, attachments, and potentially metadata such as timestamps, locations or document authors. Materials may contain information about subjects or other people. Submit only what is necessary for verification, redact unrelated identifiers, addresses and contact details, and do not disclose third-party materials you are not entitled to share.

2. 信息使用方式 / How We Use Information

We use information for the relevant purpose: delivering website and membership services and newsletters you subscribe to; managing subscriptions and payments; handling reader correspondence; evaluating and verifying public-interest tips; maintaining security and diagnosing faults; and meeting applicable legal obligations. Submission is not a promise to report or reply. See our news tips page.

3. 邮件接收、投递与统计 / Email Handling and Statistics

发送至公开编辑部邮箱的邮件经 Cloudflare 邮件路由转发至编辑部使用的 Google Gmail 邮箱。正文、附件、发件人和收件人信息由相关邮件服务处理，不仅经过主站服务器。发送电子报及编辑部邮件时，我们使用 Ghost 与 Mailgun 等服务。公开联系方式仍为 [email protected]，内部转发地址不作为投稿入口公开。

Messages to the public newsroom address are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the newsroom's Google Gmail inbox. Providers process message bodies, attachments, sender and recipient details independently of the main website server. Ghost and Mailgun are used for newsletter and newsroom email delivery. Our public contact remains [email protected]; internal forwarding addresses are not published as submission channels.

如启用邮件打开或点击统计，相关服务可能记录投递、退信、打开和链接点击事件，用于评估电子报表现。这类邮件统计不同于 Plausible 的网站汇总统计，且可能与订阅邮箱关联。您可通过邮件中的退订链接停止接收电子报；查询、更正或删除个人记录，可联系编辑部。

Where open or click tracking is enabled, providers may record delivery, bounce, open and link-click events to assess newsletter performance. These statistics are separate from Plausible's aggregate website analytics and may be associated with a subscriber's email. Use the unsubscribe link to stop newsletters; contact us about access, correction or deletion of personal records.

4. 平台与第三方服务 / Platforms and Third-Party Services

以下服务按实际使用的功能处理相关数据。并非每位访客都会使用所有服务；在主站使用 Ghost 平台，也不意味着所有会员信息被提交给 Ghost 的托管服务。

The services below handle data relevant to features actually used. Not every visitor uses every service. Using Ghost on our main site does not itself mean all member information is sent to Ghost's hosted service.

当前朗读系统用于合成的是公开文章文本，不以投稿附件或会员档案作为朗读输入；访问朗读服务仍会产生必要的技术请求信息。第三方服务的处理也受其政策及适用服务约定约束。可参阅 Cloudflare、Google、Mailgun、Stripe、Microsoft 的隐私说明。

Our current narration system synthesizes public article text, not tip attachments or member profiles. Narration requests still generate necessary technical information. Providers' policies and applicable service agreements also govern their processing. See the linked provider notices.

5. Cookies 和追踪技术 / Cookies and Tracking

Plausible 不设置分析 Cookies。会员登录、安全防护及支付流程可能使用必要的 Cookies 或类似技术，具体使用取决于您访问的功能和实际服务商。本网站目前不使用 Google Analytics 或 Google AdSense。邮件互动统计见第3节。若引入新的非必要追踪用途，我们会更新说明，并在适用法律要求时征求同意。

Plausible does not set analytics cookies. Login, security and payment flows may use necessary cookies or similar technologies, depending on the features and providers used. The website currently does not use Google Analytics or Google AdSense. See Section 3 for email engagement statistics. New non-essential tracking purposes will be disclosed, with consent obtained where applicable law requires it.

The main site uses HTTPS and Cloudflare for delivery and security. We take reasonable measures appropriate to our operations, but internet transmission, email and attachments cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure. Ordinary email is not an anonymous reporting tool. Read our safety guidance before sending sensitive identities, unpublished documents or materials involving personal risk.

Retention depends on what is necessary for services, verification, disputes, security and applicable law. Unsubscription stops relevant newsletters but does not automatically delete an account, correspondence, transaction records or backups. You may separately request deletion. We will verify identity, assess retention requirements and exceptions, and explain the outcome. Published news records and independently held third-party copies may not be retractable or deletable simply upon request.

7. 托管与数据处理地点 / Hosting and Processing Locations

锐报主站托管于新加坡的 DigitalOcean 服务器。公司在美国注册与主站托管地点是不同事项。网站安全、全球加速、邮件接收和投递、支付及朗读涉及第三方服务；相关信息可能在新加坡以外的国家或地区，包括美国或欧洲，进行处理或存储。具体地点取决于服务商、所用功能和账户配置，不能仅由主站服务器位置推定。

SharpPost's main website is hosted on DigitalOcean servers in Singapore. U.S. company registration and hosting location are separate matters. Security, global delivery, incoming and outgoing email, payments and narration involve third-party services. Relevant information may be processed or stored outside Singapore, including in the United States or Europe. Locations depend on the provider, feature and account configuration, not solely on the main server's location.

主站位于新加坡，并不代表全部个人数据只在新加坡处理或完全没有跨境传输。我们按服务目的使用相关信息，并依适用法律处理跨境事项。有关服务商的处理地点，可参阅 Cloudflare 数据处理说明与 Google 隐私政策。

Singapore hosting does not mean all personal information is processed only there or that no international transfer occurs. We use information for service purposes and handle international processing under applicable law. See Cloudflare's processing information and Google's Privacy Policy linked above.

SharpPost has formally designated a data protection contact to oversee personal information handling and privacy requests. Send questions, requests, complaints or news-tip safety concerns to [email protected]. Identify the relevant account, correspondence or page and the requested action. Do not include unnecessary identification documents or sensitive attachments initially.

您可联系我们查询、更正或请求删除我们持有的个人信息。在 CCPA/CPRA 或其他州隐私法律适用于我们及相关处理时，您可依法行使适用的知情、访问、更正、删除和其他权利。我们不出售您的个人信息。请求将根据适用法律、身份核验、必要保留要求和法定期限处理，不因您依法行使隐私权而受到违法差别待遇。

You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information we hold. Where CCPA/CPRA or another state privacy law applies to us and the processing concerned, applicable notice, access, correction, deletion and other rights may be exercised. We do not sell your personal information. Requests are handled under applicable law, identity verification, necessary retention requirements and statutory deadlines, without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

Where GDPR or other data protection law applies, relevant rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, portability and complaints to a supervisory authority. Depending on the purpose and applicable law, grounds may include consent, a service contract, legal obligations or legitimate interests. Not every right or ground applies to every activity; we will address the specific request.

11. 儿童隐私 / Children's Privacy

本网站不面向16岁以下的儿童。我们不会故意收集16岁以下人士的个人信息。如果发现已收集了儿童的个人数据，将采取措施依法处理和删除相关信息。

This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we become aware of a child's personal data being collected, we will take steps to address and delete it as required by applicable law.
